I put up the first 100 pages of Lost in France - Life on the Fringes of Professional Rugby today.

I want the finished book to be as good as it can be. Your feedback will help me immensely.

The book deals with the time I spent in France and explores what it’s like to be a professional rugby player at a less rarefied level than we usually see covered in the media. The sample spans the first season that I spent there.

There aren’t many photos of our first year. There were none that made my legs look big so you can look at this one

It’s also an exercise in me being a bit brave, putting the pages up for scrutiny. It would have to happen at some point.

I’ve really enjoyed the writing process, shaping my narrative. Telling people about it is going to be the harder bit so please let me know how I can do that better.
