Known for my book content, live interviews and narration, I've judged the TikTok Book Awards, led the TikTok Book Club, interviewed Olympic champions and world-class performers, and built an audience of hundreds of thousands around reading and ideas.
I'm the author of four books, including Fringes, an award-nominated bestseller about my former life as a professional rugby player. I write weekly at The Outlier, a publication exploring books, creativity and modern life, which has grown into a creative studio and physical space in London.
Alongside my creative work, I run The Boys' Book Club and The Boys' Literacy Project, initiatives dedicated to helping more men and boys discover the freedom, community and possibility that books can offer.
