Not doing what I said/actioning my action challenge

So I previously committed to writing some posts about the Scholar Athlete concept.

Although I’ve gathered a lot of material and have begun a Notion page detailing various individuals who fit my criteria, I’m yet to corral said material into anything I’d deem acceptable for anyone to see.

Therefore it’s not happened yet.

I’ve also not published my book yet, really procrastinating art the final hurdle of actually doing it, reading best marketing practices and making plans for things that I probably won’t do.

I previously thought I’d get it out in time for the Rugby World Cup which is now almost over. England have reached the final, dispatching the All Blacks so confidently that they’d have to be installed as favourites considering that South Africa were beaten by the New Zealanders in the group stages.

It doesn’t usually work out like this but still.

England’s success means that the Eddie Jones book will probably be an even bigger success than previously, providing some stern competition for my own tome.

I’ll just have to chew it up.

Anyway, as part of the Reinvent Course that I’m a part of, I have some action challenges for this week. One is to record a podcast episode and the other is to launch my Notion page, detailing my book, the process of writing it and a wealth of content around the context.

I haven’t yet done the podcast, I’ve had a go, but I have done the Notion page and have populated it somewhat so here it is:
